About QuickPaperwork
QuickPaperwork is a free set of document generators for freelancers, small businesses and job seekers: invoices, receipts, quotes, packing slips, timesheets, résumés and cover letters. You fill in a form, see a live preview and download a clean PDF, with no account, no watermark and no paywall.
How it works
The PDFs are built in your browser with the open-source jsPDF library. Nothing you type is sent to a server, so we never see your clients, prices or personal details.
What it is not
The templates cover the fields most documents need, but invoicing and tax rules differ from country to country. Check what yours requires (for example VAT numbers, sequential invoice numbers or e-invoicing) before relying on a document. QuickPaperwork is not legal, tax or accounting advice.
Who runs it
QuickPaperwork is built and maintained by Rizon Lab, a small web studio registered in Greece as a sole proprietorship. The same person writes the generators, the guides and the country notes, and answers the contact address.
How the content is checked
Rules that differ by country (required invoice details, e-invoicing dates, CV conventions) are written from official sources: tax laws and tax authority pages, government services such as GOV.UK and Service-Public, and the European Commission's Europass. Every such page lists its sources and shows the date it was last reviewed.
Worked examples are calculated with the same arithmetic the generators use, and the example documents in the guides open pre-filled in the generators so you can check them yourself. When a rule changes or an error is reported, the page is corrected and the change is listed on the updates page.
Independent and free
QuickPaperwork is independent and free to use. Ads from Google AdSense pay for the servers; they never decide what the tools do. The privacy policy explains how data and ads are handled.
